By accessing or using Grantalyst ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Grantalyst is a grants intelligence platform that helps organizations discover funding opportunities, assess eligibility, and manage application pipelines. We use artificial intelligence to analyze and summarize publicly available grant data.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
  • Submit false or misleading information in organization profiles

5. Intellectual Property

Grantalyst and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grantalyst, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY GRANT OPPORTUNITY LISTED IS CURRENT, ACCURATE, OR THAT YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL QUALIFY. ALWAYS VERIFY DEADLINES AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS WITH THE OFFICIAL FUNDER.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grantalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
